A few words about our experience.
My name is Izabela. I have graduated from School of Tourism in Poland and got a technician degree in tourism and travel management.
I have gained professional experience and practical skills in organizing tourist events working for many years at the travel agencies. This experience made me aware of the customer's needs and how to select the best offer for them.
I have taken part in National Competition in Poland  for the Best Salesman and I was the second in 2000 and the fifth in 2001 in the rankings.

Adam, my husband and right hand man for AdventureTime.co.uk graduated from the University of Dabrowa Gornicza and specializes in marketing.
In 2004 my husband and I have broken the Guinness World Record - we have cooked 8,500 litters of the traditional mountains soup - Kwasnica in Zywiec in Beskid Mountains. During these 3 days mass events more then 35,000 people have joined us and together with polish music stars tasted the most famous regional soup.

Please read below how she tells you all about North part of Poland:

Hi,
My name is Agnieszka, but my tourists call me Agnes - it's easier. From my masters I am an elementary teacher, but very quickly I found the passion of my life which is guiding and travelling.
I live in Gdańsk - one of the most snobbish, arrogant and stubborn city in Polish Kingdom in 17th century. The city were Polish and European freedom began - Solidarity. The city of good vodka and astonishing amber.
First, my tourists laugh, but later they believe all it's true.
I love medieval, hand made bricks and Malbork Castle which used to be called "the biggest hip of bricks East of Alps".
In my opinion the Northen part of Poland is the nices part of all. Simply, it's breathtaking. Come and see for Yourself.
I will show You the place I love.

I always try to share my love for natural environment and for the mountains with others, whether they are small children or adults, who come here – to the most beautiful corner of Poland. I am particularly keen to nourish in them the awareness of the surrounding mountains and to explain the geomorphology of this region and how the mountain ecosystem works…
You are invited to the Tatra Mountains in summer or winter. The Tatras are stunning and beautiful at all seasons and in every corner!”

HOLIDAY IN POLAND
Our first impression was how courteous and friendly everyone was to us.
Staying in a typical  Polish pension was very pleasant to taste their food, and enjoy their hospitality was very agreeable.
We were then escorted around Krakow and then saw the sights in a beautiful horse and cart and enjoyed their evening entertainment.
We then spent a very heart-rending day at Auschwitz , which was one of the most poignant days of  any of our holidays, but is a must for all to realise what people went through .
We were then driven by a most courteous driver down through Slovakia to view some of the most beautiful countryside, where we saw bottles rolling uphill [not to be missed] hours of enjoyment here. Our stay at a hotel in the mountains called Ochodzita , was charming well worth the drive, met by the sheep coming down the hill in the early morning, and traditional meals ,more than enough to eat and drink even for the fussiest of eaters.
Remember to look high, Storks in their nests are everywhere.
We were then threatened with a train journey overnight, which we assumed could be quite uncomfortable, however, it was unlike anything else we had done, there  were bunks to rest on and  a lot of camaraderie, even a charming guard who would make tea.
Then we arrived at the North of Poland to a chalet beside a beautiful lake, where you could swim and go for long walks in the forest. A trip while here to Gdansk on the Baltic sea and then back to barbeques and walks by the lake or join them in the restaurant.

Altogether a charming and enjoyable holiday savoring the real culture of the charming and most hospitable Polish people.
